Pump Patrol: Save 40 cents a gallon

The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston on Friday was $3.83. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 40 cents less.
The following three stations sold gas for less on Friday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.
- Murphy Express, Tomball Parkway near Northwest Park Drive: $3.43
- Kroger, Tomball Parkway near Antoine: $3.45
- Costco, Richmond near Weslayan: $3.54
