Pump Patrol: Save 35 cents a gallon

The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston is $3.03. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 35 cents less.
The following three stations sold gas for less on Wednesday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.
- Sam's Club, Southwest Fwy & West Airport, Stafford: $2.86
- CITGO, West Main & Hwy 146, La Porte: $2.77
- H-E-B, Gulf Fwy & FM 646, League City: $2.68
