The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston is $3.20. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 31 cents less.

The following three stations sold gas for less on Wednesday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.

  • Chevron, Crabb River Road near Sansbury Boulevard in Sugar Land: $2.89
  • Citgo, Spencer Highway near Sam Houston Parkway in Pasadena: $2.95
  • Sam's Club, East Freeway near Haden Road: $3.04
