Pump Patrol: Save 29 cents a gallon

The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston is $3.09. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 29 cents less.
The following three stations sold gas for less on Tuesday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.
- Murphy USA, FM 518 & Hwy 146, Kemah: $2.83
- CITGO, Hwy 35 & FM 517, Alvin: $2.81
- Buc-ee's, East League City Pkwy & Louisiana Ave., League City: $2.80
