Pump Patrol: Save 29 cents a gallon

The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston is $3.18. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 29 cents less.
The following three stations sold gas for less on Tuesday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.
- CITGO, North Gordon & Hwy 6, Alvin: $2.89
- Murphy USA, Dixie Farm Rd. & FM 518, Pearland: $2.91
- Kroger, Hwy 6. & Bissonnet, Southwest Houston: $2.91
