Pump Patrol: Save 29 cents a gallon

The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston is $3.55. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 29 cents less.
The following three stations sold gas for less on Monday, according to GasBuddy.com
- Murphy USA, Hwy. 249 & Spring Cypress, Tomball: $3.37
- Buc-ee's, South Main & Walnut St., Pearland: $3.36
- H-E-B, East South Street & Gordon St., Alvin: $3.26
