Pump Patrol: Save 28 cents a gallon

The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston is $3.24. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 28 cents less.
The following three stations sold gas for less on Wednesday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.
- CITGO, Hwy. 6 & Hwy. 35, Alvin: $2.97
- Shell, Broadway & Silverlake Village, Pearland: $2.96
- Chevron, Crabb River Rd. & Sansbury, Richmond: $2.96
