The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston is $3.63. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 27 cents less.

The following three stations sold gas for less on Thursday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.

  • Sam's Club, Southwest Fwy & West Airport, Stafford: $3.53
  • CITGO, Hwy 35 & Donaldson Rd., Alvin: $3.46
  • Conoco, Studewood & White Oak Dr., North Houston: $3.36
