The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston on Friday was $3.79. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 24 cents less.

  • Phillips 66, Alexander Drive near Lacy Drive in Baytown: $3.55
  • Kroger, Fry Road near West Little York in Katy: $3.62
  • Shell, F.M. 1960 near Imperial Valley Drive: $3.69
