Pump Patrol: Save 23 cents per gallon of gas

The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston on Monday was $ 3.57. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 23 cents less.
The following three stations sold gas for less on March 5, according to www.GasBuddy.com.
- Valero on state Highway 35 bypass at F.M. 517 in Alvin: $3.34
- Sam's Club in South Houston: $3.42
- Murphy USA on Fry Road near Plantation Grove Trail in Katy: $3.42
