Pump Patrol: Save 18 cents a gallon

The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston is $3.17. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 18 cents less.
The following three stations sold gas for less on Monday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.
- Sam's Club, SW Fwy & West Airport, Stafford: $3.01
- Shell, Baytown East Fwy & Lockwood, East Houston: $2.99
- Exxon, SW Fwy & Hwy 36, Rosenberg: $2.99
