Pump Patrol: Save 18 cents a gallon

The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston is $3.14. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 18 cents less.
The following three stations sold gas for less on Wednesday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.
- Kroger, Hwy 35 & FM 1462, Alvin: $2.90
- Chevron, Hwy 6 & Old Richmond Rd., Sugar Land: $2.95
- Exxon, Broadway & Cullen St., Pearland: $2.96
