Pump Patrol: Save 17 cents a gallon

The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston is $3.20. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 17 cents less.
The following three stations sold gas for less on Friday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.
- Kroger, League City Pkwy & South Shore Blvd., League City: $3.04
- Murphy USA, FM 518 & Hwy 146, Kemah: $3.04
- Sam's Club, Hwy 288 & FM 518, Kemah: $3.03
