Pump Patrol: Save 15 cents a gallon

The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston on Thursday was $3.88. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 15 cents less.
The following three stations sold gas for less on Thursday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.
- Valero, State Highway 6 near Kieth Harrow Boulevard: $3.73
- Murphy USA, Fry Road near Plantation Grove Trail: $3.73
- Shell, Louetta near Interstate 45: $3.76
