Police: Man exposes self to child twice
Louis Saenz charged with indecency with child
A man has been accused of exposing himself to a 12-year-old girl twice.
Louis Saenz, 23, has been charged with indecency with a child.
Houston police said that when the girl and her family drove by Saenz's home on Roxella Street in north Houston during the summer, Saenz stood in the doorway of his home and exposed himself.
Investigators said that wasn't the first time he has exposed himself.
Detectives said Saenz pulled up in front of the family's home a few weeks earlier and touched himself in front of the girl.
"My daughter was crying," said the girl's mother, who did not want to be identified.
The mother said her daughter has had trouble sleeping after the incidents.
"It's scary because you have no idea what he can do," the mother said.
Saenz's girlfriend said she was shocked by the allegations. Misty Walker said he is a loving father to their son. She also has a son from a previous relationship.
"I'm not going to allow him around my kids if he has that kind of charge," Walker said.
Walker said she called police Monday morning after he showed up at their home to get clothes. He left before officers could get there, police said.
