HARRIS COUNTY, Texas -

A man is dead and two more are in the hospital after a crash in northwest Harris County Friday night.

Investigators said a man driving a Toyota on Highway 6 at Pine Forest crossed into oncoming traffic and was hit head-on by a pick up truck.

The car burst into flames.

The passenger in the Toyota was taken to the hospital where he died.

The driver was flown to Memorial Hermann with severe burns.

Investigators said there was marijuana in the car that burned in the fire.

The driver is charged with intoxication manslaughter.

The driver of the pick up truck was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
