Almost two dozen people stranded at an ATV Park over the weekend were back home Monday.

The heavy rains on Saturday washed out roads at the Down South ATV Park on Old Beaumont Highway in Crosby.

A group was stuck in the Park for more than 24 hours.

Stranded rider, Patrick Kelly said the owner sent a crew Sunday morning after the water receded to rebuild the road with bulldozers. The group was able to leave Sunday afternoon.

Kelly said the park's owner refunded their money for the trouble.
