Mom of child found in filth has criminal history

Aug. 8, 2012: Liberty County deputies responding to an animal cruelty call at a home find a 16-month-old girl living in "filthy" conditions and possibly in an animal cage. The baby's mother has a criminal history. Nefertiti Jaquez reports.
