Meet Houston's first baby of 2013

A boy born just minutes into the New Year is the Houston-area's first baby of 2013.
Jesse Emmanuel was born at Women's Memorial Hermann Hospital in The Woodlands at 12:04 a.m. Tuesday.
His mother, Susanna Garcia, said her pregnancy was normal. She was induced at 10 a.m. Monday and 14 hours and four minutes later, little Jesse was born.
"I thought I would have him before midnight. I did not think I would be in labor that long," said Garcia.
Both mother and baby are fine. The parents are excited to bring Jesse home to meet his brother and sister.
