Investigators need help identifying and finding a man who stole merchandise from a Katy-area store two times.

Fort Bend County sheriff's deputies said the man stole DVDs from the Target store in the 23700 block of Westheimer Parkway about 5 p.m. on July 27 and shortly after noon on July 29.

The man walked out with a hand basket filled with merchandise without paying, officials said.

The man was described as black, in his late teens or early 20s, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 165 pounds.
