Man shot to death at motel

HOUSTON -

A man was found shot to death at a west Houston motel Friday.

Houston police said an aggravated assault was reported at 5 a.m. at the Palace Inn, 13561 Westheimer Road.

When officers arrived, a man was found shot in the parking lot. The suspect escaped in the victim's gold vehicle, according to authorities.

No other details were immediately released.
