A Montgomery County man said he is fed up with the city after he was left without power since Christmas.
Russell McCannon lives on Cessna Drive in the Lake Bonanza subdivision.
According to McCannon, the holiday storms snapped a power line near his home in half, leaving him without power.
McCannon said he called the power company several times, but no one ever came out to the area.
Local 2 called the power company. An employee said the company noticed an outage in that area, but their systems showed it had been restored 25 minutes later.
The power company said there appeared to be some miscommunication and apologized to Russell. On Wednesday night, they sent out an electrician to work on getting the power restored.
Russell called the Local 2 newsroom at 9:17 p.m. Wednesday night saying his electricity was back on at his home.
