HOUSTON -

A Houston man has accused of soliciting a pornographic video from a 10-year-old girl and other children.

Michael Garza, 31, made his first court appearance on Wednesday. He has been charged with three counts of possessing child pornography.

He was arrested Tuesday after police were tipped by investigators in Pennsylvania.

Houston police said the case was opened in April after they learned a 10-year old Pennsylvania girl emailed an explicit video clip of herself to an address in Houston belonging to Garza.

A search warrant was obtained and a video clip was found on his computer at his southwest Houston apartment, police said.

According to court documents, Garza confessed on the spot and told police there were more videos of other girls performing sex acts, all appearing to be about 10 years old.

Garza admitted to receiving the video and also admitted he had other email addresses and five video of child pornography on them, investigators said.

The officers were able to look at the videos and see two other child porn videos on defendants computer.

Garza is being held in jail on $60,000 bond.

He could face up to 60 years in prison if he's convicted.
