A man accused of sexually assaulting a woman with a beer bottle is now suspected of having video taped the attacks.
According to a complaint filed by the Harris County District Attorney's office, the alleged victim was in a sexual relationship with the suspect, Ted Dwayne Stevens.
The victim claims Stevens, 46, went too far when he forced her to use a beer bottle during their sexual encounters on several occasions, detectives said.
Officials said Stevens didn't stop there. According to the complaint, he video taped the attacks on several occasions.
A deputy with the Harris county Sheriff's Office Special Victims Unit was able to get a court order and nab the video-taped evidence of the assault, officials said.
Investigators said the deputy examined the clips and found about 65 videos of Stevens assaulting the woman.
Stevens has been charged with sexual assault of an adult and was freed on $30,000 bond. He's due back in court on March 3.
