Mail thieves target Katy-area neighborhood

Aug. 9, 2012: Residents in one Katy-area neighborhood are dealing with thieves, but not your typical type. These thieves are stealing mail and are looking for ways to steal your money maybe even your identity. Jennifer Bauer reports.
