Lynchburg Ferry operating at limited capacity

HOUSTON -

The Lynchburg Ferry is operating at limited capacity. 

It's because the Sterling is in dry dock for U.S. Coast Guard inspection.

The Sterling will be back in service by Tuesday.

The Coast Guard said the Hobby can only be operated with six passengers plus crew.
