Houston highway in top five list of most congested Texas Highways

The Texas Department of Transportation has released a list of the most congested highways in the state and Houston highways are not in the top spot.
Interstate 35 in Fort Worth was ranked as the No. 1 most congested highway in Texas, followed by Interstate 635 in Dallas County.
Interstate 45 in Harris County landed at No. 3. The I-35 in Travis County is fourth and the Woodall Rodgers Freeway in Downtown Dallas rounds out the top five.
