Houston dad raps to help wife give birth
Video turns into Internet sensation
A Houston-area dad freestyled to a fetal monitor in the delivery room to help his wife give birth.
Expectant father and Air Force Staff Sgt. Charles McDaniel was filming his wife while she was in labor in Aviano, Italy, where he is stationed.
The native Houstonian had been through the drill with four previous babies, so when the fetal monitor began to act up during his wife's delivery, he did not worry.
McDaniel tried to distract his wife from her contractions with a little freestyle rap, which was caught on video.
Thankfully, baby Kingston was safely delivered through a C-section.
Friends of the couple urged them to put the video on YouTube after they watched it.
At last check, the clip had been viewed more than 145,000 times.
The clip is on YouTube and is titled Heeheehoohoo.
