A former maid in New Caney has been accused of stealing thousands of dollars worth of items from her employer, including a gold dental bridge.

Sabrina Renee Felps, 37, was charged with felony theft Thursday.

She admitted to stealing more than eight-thousand dollars worth of items from her elderly boss, said investigators.

According to the victim, she noticed items were missing after she hired Felps to clean.

Investigators said the gold dental bridge was sold for more than $7,000.
