INGREDIENTS:

2-3 lb Pork Shoulder or Pork Butt

1 jar Sharon Ely's Holy Posole Soup

2 Cups of HEB Chicken Stock

2 Tablespoons Adams Reserve Southwest Rub

2 Tablespoons Ottavio Grapeseed Oil

HEB That Green Sauce

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Season Pork with Adam's Reserve Southwest Rub.

  2. In a preheated sauté pan with oil, brown roast on all sides.

  3. Place into a baking dish. Add Sharon Ely's Holy Posole Soup and Chicken Stock. Cover. Bake till roast is fork tender -- roughly 4 hours in a preheated oven at 350 degrees or 5 to 6 hours in a Crock Pot.

  4. Serve with warm corn tortillas and HEB That Green Sauce.
