Police: The murder began with an argument

HOUSTON -

Houston Police are searching for the gunman who killed a man in East Houston.

Investigators say a truck pulled up to a home on Joliet and Uvalde around 9:00 p.m. Friday.

Police said that's when the driver and a passenger began arguing.

Police said the driver got out of the truck and opened the passenger door.. The passenger pulled a gun and shot the driver, then took off, investigators said.

Police believe the victim lived nearby.

Investigators are talking to neighbors and witnesses.
