HOUSTON -

A gunman forced a man to the ground and got away with just a carton of milk, police said.

Houston police said Francisco Munoz, 21, got out of a minivan in the 13400 block of Indianapolis about 9:40 p.m. on Sept. 13 and pointed a gun at a man. Munoz told the man to get on the ground, investigators said.

The man was holding a container of milk, so he put it down and got on the ground, detectives said. A car then drove up and Munoz grabbed the milk and got back into his getaway car, police said.

About 10 minutes later, Munoz robbed another man at gunpoint at a motel in the 1000 block of Maxey, detectives said.

Police said the man was walking toward the motel with his luggage when Munoz demanded he get on the ground. Munoz then took the man's wallet, cellphone and keys, investigators said.
