HCSO: Man steals grease from restaurant

KATY, Texas -

A man has been accused of stealing hundreds of pounds of grease from a Katy fast-food restaurant.

Cesar Aguilar, 39, has been charged with theft.

Harris County sheriff's deputies said Aguilar stole 1,531 pounds of used grease out of a grease trap at the Whataburger in the 1500 block of Fry Road about 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

Detectives have not said what Aguilar planned to do with the grease.
