The American Customer Satisfaction Index named Google+ as the top social networking site for consumer satisfaction.

It tied with Wikipedia as the most-liked social media sites.  Facebook logged in at the bottom of the list, even though it dwarfs its competition in terms of users.  Facebook has 900 million users, compared to the 150 million using Google+.

The rankings were based on interviews with customers, who frequently complained about Facebook's user interface changes and the introduction of the Timeline feature.  MySpace didn't even make the list.
