Fort Bend County's ban on "rockets with sticks" and "missiles with fins" has been rescinded.

The Texas A&M Forest Service has determined that drought conditions no longer exist in Fort Bend County.

A fireworks ban is not legal under state law, according to a Fort Bend County news release.

Fireworks sales are legal in Texas from June 24 through July 4, and from Dec. 20 through Jan. 1.
