Flames burn apartment building

ROSENBERG, Texas -

Firefighters battled flames at a Rosenberg apartment complex early Tuesday.

The fire broke out at the Pecan Park apartments on Westwood Drive near Lane Drive about 12:30 a.m.

Flames were seen shooting through the roof of a two-story building.

No injuries were reported.

Detectives said they believe the fire started in the attic.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
