HOUSTON -

Two people were arrested after investigators searched a vehicle inspection station suspected of conducting fake inspections.

Harris County Precinct 4 deputy constables searched C&H Inspections in the 9000 block of Long Point Road on Monday.

Detectives said the station had issued inspection stickers for vehicles that were not capable of passing state-mandated emissions tests.

Investigators said one employee, 52-year-old Chang Im, a licensed inspector, was arrested and charged with two counts of tampering with a government document. He was booked into the Harris County Jail with bond set at $5,000.

The emissions analyzer machine from the location was seized as evidence, detectives said.

A second employee, Mike Huynh, 40, was arrested on a charge of felony possession of cocaine. He was booked into the Harris County Jail with bond set at $2,000. Mike Huynh
