Easy Tamale Tortilla Soup

   Heating Time: 10 minutes

          Makes 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS:

1 jar of Cookwell and Company Tortilla Soup

1 package H-E-B Tamales, diced in 1-inch pieces

Juice of ½ lime

¼ cup of freshly chopped cilantro

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a large soup pot, heat on medium heat.

2. Add in Cookwell and Company Tortilla Soup let soup simmer for 5 to 10 minutes

3. Add HEB Tamales to Cookwell and Company Tortilla Soup.

4. Add Juice of ½ a lime and freshly chopped cilantro.

5. Garnish with fresh slices of avocado, tortilla strips and shredded cheese.
