DPS: Registered sex offenders are at most universities

Feb. 5, 2013: Local 2 Investigates discovers that almost every university or college campus in Texas has registered sex offenders as students and employees, according to data collected from the Texas Department of Public Safety. Joel Eisenbaum reports.
