Counterfeit shirts confiscated at Harwin store

An undercover investigation led to a raid at a southwest Houston store.
Federal agents said fake trademark NFL jerseys and T-shirts were being made at the store on Harwin and Osage.
Local 2 cameras were there as ICE agents, along with officers from the Houston Police department, arrested the owner of T-Max Designs.
Investigators said the owner was responsible for illegally embroidering professional jerseys and printing Play-Off T-shirts.
Thousands of shirts were confiscated.
The store's owner faces possible charges of trademark counterfeiting.
