HOUSTON -

A pair of bank robbers are on the run after a daring heist in northwest Harris County.

Harris County Precinct 4 Constables said the crooks walked into the Wells Fargo Bank in the 8800 block of Spring Cypress near Champions Forest Saturday around 11:30 a.m.

The pair then jumped the counter and grabbed cash from several teller cash drawers, investigators said.

Constables said the pair jumped into a vehicle and drove to a CVS Pharmacy next door, where they switched vehicles and took off.

A short distance down the road, investigators said they found a tracking device and a small amount of cash.

Anyone with information about this case is asked to call Harris County Constables.
