A delivery man has been arrested, accused of using a company gas card to steal hundreds of dollars.

Anthony Mooore is not in jail, but according to court documents.

His boss, Christopher Walters,  fired him after finding out he was making unauthorized purchases on a company gas card.

Walters said Moore was given the card and pin information to fill up during deliveries.

Moore not only did that, but also used the card and pin for a company truck that was not working.

During a phone conversation with investigators Moore admitted  he needed money for his gifts for his grand kids.

He has been charged with theft aggregate.
