Child drowns at apartment complex

A 4-year-old child drowned at a southwest Houston apartment complex on Wednesday.

Houston firefighters were called out to an apartment complex on Olympia near Wilcrest about 2:30 p.m.

The child was rushed to a hospital, where he died. The child's name has not been released.

Officials have not released any other details.
