Chase suspected eluded police before slaying

Oct. 16, 2012: Police are searching for a man who shot two women in a car. Police say the same man led officers on a chase in April with his four children in his pickup truck. He was almost arrested in Pearland months ago but managed to get away. Phil Archer reports.
