CenterPoint Energy linemen from Houston have arrived in one of the areas devastated by Superstorm Sandy.
Crews left Houston on Monday and will begin making repairs on Thursday.
The more than 60 linemen were originally going to help out in the Washington DC area but were rerouted to New Jersey.
On their drive from Knoxville, Tenn., Wednesday, the crews drove through rain and snow, both caused by Sandy.
Before crews get to work, they'll be briefed by the local power company so they know what kind of system they are dealing with and making a game plan.
