LEAGUE CITY, Texas -

Police said they have received several tips about the identity of a man who was seen taking photos up a woman's skirt.

League City police said the incident happened at a Raceway gas station in the 1400 block of West Main.

"He got in line behind me," victim Fallon Fraker said. "I gave him the opportunity to go in front of me because I wasn't ready to check out, and he said, 'Oh, no, you go ahead.'"

Surveillance video captured images of the man. He had a soda in one hand and a cellphone in the other.

Two men who were pumping gas saw the man take photos of Fraker, and they alerted her.

Surveillance video shows Fraker confronting the man. He then sped away on a motorcycle.

"I've always thought what a terrible shame it is when things like this happen to other women," Fraker said. "I never imagined something like that would happen to me."

Police said they are investigating several leads.

"There are people who may or may not recognize the person, people who may have seen something," city spokeswoman Kristi Wyatt said. "It involves interviewing people who may have information, and also getting the word out there."
