Car slams into donut shop

HOUSTON -

A car slammed into a Montrose-area donut shop Wednesday.

The crash happened at Christy's Donuts, 1103 West Gray Street at Montrose Boulevard, at 7 a.m.

The driver said she accidentally pressed on the gas before turning off her car, and her vehicle ended up inside the donut shop. The front of the business was damaged.

No one was injured.
