Car crashes into home during police chase

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas -

A car crashed into a home Monday following a chase with deputies in north Harris county.

According to investigators, the crash happened around 5:30 p.m. Monday on Pine Oak Ridge and Piedmont Creek.

The driver was being pursued by officers when the car hit another vehicle and then a brick home, detectives said.

The driver fled on foot.
