Body found at northwest Harris County mulch yard

HOUSTON -

A woman's body was found in a northwest Harris County mulch yard on Tuesday.

Harris County sheriff's deputies said the body was found at Living Earth Mulch in the 12200 block of Cutten Road about 2 p.m.

Detectives said the body was found at the back of the property. Investigators said it may have been there for an extended period of time.

The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences will determine the woman's identity and the cause of her death.
