Crane operator moving trash saw arms sticking out of pile, says investigators
Police are investigating after a body was found at a recycling center in southwest Houston.
The man's body was discovered shortly after the recycling center on Westpark at Fountainview opened for business Friday morning.
Police said a crane operator moving trash around at the center noticed arms sticking out of a pile.
Investigators said they couldn't see any obvious signs of trauma. They are working now to track down what part of the city the trash may have come from.
